Delivery may be delayed by a day due to circumstances beyond our control. We advise not engaging any tradesmen until the product has arrived.

Deliveries are made via third-party couriers equipped with a tail-lift and a manual/electric pump truck. They only provide kerbside drop-off or delivery to the nearest accessible hard surface.

A re-delivery charge will apply if no one is available to receive and sign for the goods.

If there are any breakages upon delivery, please inform the driver and notify us immediately. If you cannot check the product upon delivery, sign the ‘proof of delivery’ as “damaged” and report any issues within 24 hours with photos via email.

All goods are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch to minimize the likelihood of damage. However, due to the nature of the product, please allow for up to 10% breakage or minor chips during transit.

The Suffolk Stone Company will replace or issue a partial refund for breakages occurring during transit.

Deliveries are made by third-party hauliers/couriers on a “Kerbside Drop Service” only. If access to your property is hindered by loose gravel, soft ground, or an elevated surface, the product will be left at the nearest accessible location. If your driveway is accessible, the product may be offloaded onto it with your permission. Any additional services are strictly between the customer and the haulier and are not part of our contract.

We recommend inspecting the products upon delivery by carefully removing any plastic wrapping and banding. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately while the driver is present.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any access issues before placing an order. If no one is available to sign for the delivery or the property is inaccessible, re-delivery charges will apply.

Returns are accepted if the product is in its original packaging and in sellable condition. The customer is responsible for return arrangements and ensuring the product is packed securely. Only full packs can be returned, with a 20% restocking fee applied. Transport costs will be deducted from refunds as they involve third-party services. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We do not accept returns for excess product or leftovers, and we are not liable for consequential losses due to delivery delays.

Delivery Charges:

• Deliveries are free to most Mainland England locations; however, some postcodes incur additional charges. Charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on postcode.
• Economy Service delivery takes 3-5 working days, while Express Service is 1-2 working days. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 10 AM.
• Estimated delivery time is between 09:00 – 18:00 unless a specific time slot is requested.
• For delivery to Northern Ireland, please call our office directly.

Delivery charges start at £60.00 per pack for most UK Mainland postcodes, which is included in the product price for eligible postcodes.

The additional charges per pack for select postcodes are as follows:

• £10.00 – £200.00 per pack, depending on the location and postcode prefix.
